For reactions, Pleroma implemented it (also Mastodon but only for announcements).
Concerning the quoting feature, it needs to support the "quote_id" parameters.

Thanks! Working on my own AP implementation, and would like to support a lot of features implemented on other servers.

For reactions, you're talking about how on Pleroma you can react with an emoji, and not just a like, right? I've seen how those are implemented, so I've got that covered.
