Every time I make a Python upgrade, a bunch of stuff is broken. So annoying.

And now it's really back up for real this time.
The web site was working, but outgoing posts weren't being sent, and incoming posts weren't being processed. So, I was just posting into the void. 
But now after upgrading a few dependencies, it's compatible with Python 3.12
Well, the newest version of #Fedora (39) has been out for two months now, so I guess it's finally time for me to upgrade. So today is Upgrade Day, which means my main computer is mostly out of commission while the upgrade finishes.
