I honestly didn't think it would be the Borg. I am legitimately confused because last season, it seemed like Borg-Jurati had made peace with the Federation. I thought that Jurati as the Borg Queen would mean no more Borg conflicts.
I was kind of hoping it would be Pah-Wraiths.
And the Borg/Changeling alliance makes so little sense.
As a side note, Data definitely still has some Lore left in him. When he semi-jokingly says to Geordi, "I hope we die quickly", that definitely felt more like Lore than Data.
And Geordi restoring the Enterprise-D in his garage for the last twenty years makes so much sense. That was beautiful.

@danjones000 In Shaws tirade about the Borg he made a comment about Jurati's Borg which implied there's at least two Borg factions now.
I agree the Borg/Changling alliance doesn't make a lot of sense. Am wondering if we'll get some DS9 cameos at the end since that area was very central to all the original Changling conflict and so far old DS9 cameos have been conspicuously absent.

@danjones000 Hoping in the last episode we understand how this splinter Changeling faction teamed up with the original, non-Jurati Borg faction better. It does feel weird but is kind of a fun team up. I suppose Changelings were not able to be assimilated so they joined forces for mutual benefit. How lab-bound changelings got in contact with Borg in the Delta quadrant is interesting.
