T'Pringles: Once you pop, it's illogical to stop™
It's been interesting. I've been looking at reviews for the latest #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds and it really does feel like I live in a different plane of existence when none of them talk about the ear stabbing ringing effect used in this episode.
They're just like "this episode won't be that memorable," where this will be an episode I'm likely not going to forget due to the sheer amounts of excruciating pain that came from watching.
Are there any hashtags for warning people with hearing sensitivities about media to watch out for? Cause if there's not we should probably come up with one. : /
Do you think #Batman puts a bunch of baby powder inside his costume to help prevent chafing? With that skin-tight bodysuit, and no super powers, it's gotta be an issue.
No one is truly as unworthy as they think themselves to be in their lowest moments. Nor does anyone live up to the grandest dreams of who they wish to be. But if you aspire to the be latter, even though you may not achieve it, you need never fear that you will become the former.

I feel like everyone joining threads has completely forgotten about zuckerburg giving cops the user data of women seeking abortions.
Increasing my kid’s allotted screen time during the summer holidays because I deserve it.

Instead of scaring your neighbors with fireworks this year, why not scare them the old fashioned way?
Grow out your antlers and fangs, cultivate a thunderous beard of moss, haunt the night, and become a terrifying creature of legend and lore.
If your friends and allies achieve glory before you, be glad for them! Jealousy is an ugly thing, not fit for a warrior. You cannot achieve glory by diminishing someone else's. The joy of victory is to be shared, not spurned!
I'm hoping that it rains tonight, so folks can't blow off fireworks and I have to spend all night comforting my three year old because half the neighborhood is exploding. #IndependenceDay #FourthOfJuly #BlowUpYourCountry
Hitman: Who am I killing?
Dog: Ever heard of a guy named Pavlov?
Hitman: Rings a bell.
Dog: *narrows eyes* That's right.
You will, of course, ask 'where is the connexion?
This is hilarious. It appears that Twitter is DDOSing itself.
The Twitter home feed's been down for most of this morning. Even though nothing loads, the Twitter website never stops trying and trying.
In the first video, notice the error message that I'm being rate limited. Then notice the jiggling scrollbar on the right.
The second video shows why it's jiggling. Twitter is firing off about 10 requests a second to itself to try and fetch content that never arrives because Elon's latest genius innovation is to block people from being able to read Twitter without logging in.
This likely created some hellish conditions that the engineers never envisioned and so we get this comedy of errors resulting in the most epic of self-owns, the self-DDOS.
Unbelievable. It's amateur hour.

I had misunderstood what "Checks & Balances" meant in my civics education. Apparently it means that the balance is tipped in favor of whoever can write the biggest checks to legislators & justices.
